For everyone working in a potentially explosion zone: follow this E-learning ATEX Awareness course. ATEX stands for everything that has to do with explosion safety. Within the European Union, two ATEX directives have been drawn up. One of these directives requires employers to take measures to ensure that employees work safely in potentially explosive areas. One of these measures is to provide employees with the correct knowledge about explosion safety.
About the course
The E-learning ATEX Awareness course has been developed for anyone who works in or comes into contact with an explosive environment. For example, if you work as an operator or production employee, but also as a cleaner or technical service employee, this can be a good course.
By participating in this course you will gain insight into:
- The emergence of explosion hazards
- Recognizing and preventing dangerous situations and/or explosions
- Certifications
- Explosion Hazard Legislation
- Explosion-proof equipment and protective equipment
Certificate and duration
The theory of ATEX is realized through this E-learning ATEX Awareness course . You can stop the E-learning at any time and continue. After learning the theory, the student takes a final ATEX exam. If the student has completed the online exam with 70% or more correct, then she/he has automatically passed. Your certificate can then be easily and directly downloaded and/or printed online. The ATEX course of SafetyNet Academy can be completed in a few hours. Learn at your own pace!
